A level small business playing field

Start by eliminating STAR bonds...or giving local business the same advantages.  Giving tax breaks, incentives and a free ride to out-of-town corporations has proven to be a non-plus for our community.  Local business needs to be encouraged to expand and thrive just like big box retailers!!
